Q: What drew you to Strata Health?
A: A best friend of mine worked for Strata and he never stopped talking about the friendly work environment, as well as the changes they were bringing across Canada.
Q: How long have you been with the company?
A: 13 years!!Â
Q: What does your job entail?
A: Client services manager dedicated to exceeding client expectations at our support desk. With years of experience in UK reporting, I have been providing valuable insights for informed decision-making to our clients.
Q: What do you think sets you apart in your field?
A: My years of experience in managing the support desk, coupled with my in-depth knowledge of Strata Pathways, demonstrate my ability to provide holistic solutions to our clients.
My problem-solving skills, honed through years of experience, allow me to address challenges efficiently and effectively. Additionally, my experience in configuration and implementation ensures that I can translate client needs into actionable strategies and solutions.

Q: Tell us about a professional success story that you’re proud of.
A: Being the second-longest serving employee in the UK after Clint, I take pride in our company’s growth and the impact we have made on countless communities over the years. It’s my greatest achievement to have played a role in our journey and the positive difference we have made.

A: Everything happens for a reason.Â
