Bandera Healthcare, Arizona’s Subsidiary of the Ensign Group, Implements Strata Health’s Patient Engagement and Post-Acute Care Choice Solution

Strata Health is pleased to announce that we have completed another successful implementation of Strata Search.

The bedside application has been deployed across Bandera Healthcare’s 35 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Arizona, providing access to our national Post-Acute Care Provider Directory. Using Strata Search, case managers can automatically match patients to the best care options and engage them to make informed decisions about their home health care choices.
