Anderson Hospital Implements Strata Sign eSignature to Drive Compliance and ROI

Strata Health’s integrated eSignature tool will enable Anderson Hospital to digitally document patient signatures on all case management forms, quickly and efficiently, meeting compliance with automated posting to the MEDITECH EHR.  

We are pleased to announce that Anderson Hospital has expanded their use of Strata Health technology with the deployment of Strata Sign, a simple, accessible, secure tool that captures patient signatures and preferences electronically and automatically posts completed documents to the EHR. Strata Sign will replace manual, paper-based processes, reducing document handling costs, printing costs, errors, and increasing compliance by up to 99%. 

The implementation of Strata Sign builds on our partnership with Anderson Hospital, which began with the deployment of Strata Search in March 2022. Strata Search is a tablet and web-based tool that gives case managers and their patients access to the most curated list of post-acute care facilities and resources.  

With Strata Search and Strata Sign in place, case managers at Anderson Hospital will benefit from a fully automated, paperless system that keeps patients engaged, compliance in check, and ensures safe and timely discharge without delay.
