Strata PathWays Recognized at HealthPRO Canada’s 2026 Healthcare Innovation Den

TORONTO, July 2, 2026 | VitalHub is pleased to announce that Strata PathWays was awarded second place at HealthPRO Canada’s inaugural Healthcare Innovation Den, recognizing leading Canadian innovations ready to scale and drive system-wide impact. 

The Healthcare Innovation Den brought together nearly 500 healthcare leaders, procurement experts, clinicians, and innovators from across Canada and received 46 submissions nationwide. Six finalists were selected by the National Healthcare Innovation Council to present before a national panel of judges, with solutions evaluated on innovation, scalability, and potential to improve healthcare system performance. 

Strata PathWays was recognized for improving patient flow, coordinated care, and system capacity visibility across health systems, helping organizations better manage referrals, streamline discharge, and optimize transitions of care.
