Q: How long have you been with the company?
A: I’ve been with Strata Health for 10 months, supporting growth and partnerships across Canada’s healthcare ecosystem.

I work closely with organizations to understand their operational challenges and align Strata Health’s referral, access, and capacity management solutions to support system transformation and improved patient outcomes.
Q: What do you think sets you apart in your field?
A: I bring a strong combination of healthcare system knowledge, relationship-building, and a practical understanding of how digital tools must fit into real-world clinical and operational workflows. I’m particularly focused on collaboration helping diverse stakeholders align around shared outcomes rather than technology alone.
Q: What challenges have you faced in your career?
A: One of the biggest challenges has been navigating the complexity and pace of change within healthcare systems. Implementing innovation in environments with competing priorities, legacy processes, and resource constraints require patience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to stakeholder engagement.
