Q: What drew you to Strata Health?
A: Craig’s List! (dating myself a bit with that…)
Q: How long have you been with the company?
A: 14 years
Q: What does your job entail?
A: Meetings! And keeping a myriad of things on track. Supporting the team as they do the important work our customers depend on.
Q: What do you think sets you apart in your field?
A: Willingness to pitch in at any level.
Q: What challenges have you faced in your career?
A: I relocated for a job once at a company that promptly failed.
Q: Tell us about a professional success story that you’re proud of.
A: It’s not my success, but ours: we’ve managed to build a really great team at Strata and I really appreciate how everyone brings their strengths to the table and tries to make things better.
Q: What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
A: “You can’t die on every hill.” Thanks Kevin, I have family and friends using this one now too.
Q: How would your best friend describe you in three words?
A: She says: Loyal, competitive, and fun!
Q: Tell us a surprising or fun fact about you.
A: I remember very little of the high school German I learned, but there was a pocket phrasebook of super random words and sayings – really baffling what made the cut – and a few have stuck with me. Like Misthaufen. How is that top 10 things you’d need to know how to say about a farm? Just what is going on in Germany? Edgar, any ideas? Sometimes I trot these out as party tricks.
