Strata Health UK Announces Multi-Year Contract with NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly ICB

Strata Health UK is pleased to announce a multi-year licensing contract with NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board (ICB), which will result in a new digital pathway that will support better referrals to services across the entire Integrated Care System (ICS).  

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly ICS brings together the NHS, local authorities, the police, the voluntary sector and other independent providers of care and services that people living in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly have come to rely on.

Through this contract, the ICS will attain real-time visibility of appropriate and available community-based services and beds across the entire health system, enabling better referrals and more efficient transitions of care to downstream providers.

About NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board
The NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board is the key decision-making body of the ICB and became accountable for its activities on 1 July 2022. Their job is to plan and buy health and care services for the people registered with GP practices in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly. These services include planned hospital care, mental health and learning disability services, urgent and emergency care, children’s health services, community services, NHS 111, a GP out of hours service and some primary care services.
