London, UK – 11th September, 2024 – Strata Health, UK is excited to announce its continued support of the Penistone Round Table’s Skinflint Rally Charity Fundraiser, sponsoring the event for the second year running.
Our Director of Client Services, John Miller, a proud volunteer for Penistone Round Table, will again be joining the action-packed rally, setting off on Thursday, 19th September.
This year’s event marks the sixth edition of the Skinflint Rally, an epic banger-rally challenge across Europe to Barcelona, where participants must decorate, and drive cars purchased for just £500! Along the journey, teams will complete various quirky challenges to raise funds for two remarkable causes—Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Barnsley Hospice.
Strata Health UK is proud to align with the Penistone Round Table once again. Last year, the rally raised a total of £11,480 for charity, and the PRT team won the overall event and took home the prestigious Community Group Award at the Children’s Hospital Charity Awards 2024. This ongoing commitment to local and regional causes continues to be a source of pride for Strata Health.
“We are thrilled to be part of such a unique and meaningful event. The funds raised will have a significant impact on the services provided by Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Barnsley Hospice,” said John Miller, who is not only representing Strata Health but is also hitting the road with the team again this year.
The Skinflint Rally has raised an impressive £135,000 for various charities since its inception in 2018, with Penistone Round Table having entered twice previously. Strata Health UK is honoured to support their incredible effort for the second consecutive year and invites everyone to help make a difference by contributing to these two worthy causes.
