We are thrilled to share that Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Integrated Care System (ICS) and Strata Health UK have been selected as finalists in three distinguished categories for the HTN Now Awards 2024: Excellence in Digital Pathways, Frontline Digitisation Project of the Year, and Solution Supporting Digital NHS Trusts.
This recognition underscores Cornwall’s exceptional work in deploying a unified electronic referral platform, powered by Strata Health, which has successfully streamlined processes across the entire ICS. Since its launch in July, the platform has efficiently managed over 52,875 referrals, engaging with 2,000+ users and delivering significant time efficiency gains. This project marks a substantial leap toward accessible, high-quality care and improved system-wide patient flow.

The winners will be unveiled at the digital awards evening, live from 7 pm on January 24, through the HTN website. The HTN Now Awards celebrate innovations, teams, and health tech suppliers making a difference in health and care.
