Today we’re proud to recognise Michael Befkadu, Client Services Manager for Strata Health UK, for an incredible 15 years of dedication and impact at Strata Health.
Michael first joined Strata after hearing about the friendly work environment and the difference we were making in communities. Since then, he has become a cornerstone of our UK team—leading our support desk, leveraging his deep knowledge of Strata PathWays, and using UK reporting expertise to deliver insights that help clients make informed decisions and improve care.
Known for his friendly, cheerful, and supportive nature, Michael brings excellent problem-solving skills, and a genuine commitment to exceeding client expectations. Outside of work, he owns and runs an Ethiopian restaurant in Fulham, London—just one more example of the passion and energy he brings to everything he does!
