STRATA HEALTH TECHNOLOGY WILL UTILIZE AUTOMATION TOOLS TO INNOVATE LONG-TERM CARE ACCESS IN NOVA SCOTIA.
Strata Health is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Nova Scotia Health Authority and the Department of Health and Wellness to utilize Strata Technology to improve patient access to long-term care beds.
Care providers in the region will utilize Strata Health’s system to optimize patient flow through:
- Automated posting of bed vacancies,
- Intelligent resource matching,
- Electronic referral management with automated workflows,
- Digital communication between placement teams and long-term care homes.
