The North American Conference on Integrated Care

Strata Health Canada is looking forward to attending The North American Conference on Integrated Care 2024 (NACIC24) taking place in the Westin Calgary, Canada from 15-17 October 2024.

With the overarching theme ‘Creating Health and Wellbeing through Integrated Care’, the conference will bring together leaders, researchers, clinicians, managers, community representatives, patients and caregivers from around the world who are engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and care.
