Marmmett Horton is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Strata Health. Prior to joining Strata Health, she held a series of executive and managerial roles at Dario Health, R1 and Banner Health. She has a Master’s in Social Work and is a Certified Case Manager through ACMA. She is an active member of the ACMA, holding prior board roles and is currently participating on the Fundraising Committee.
Marmmett has worked with Case Management leadership at the site and executive level throughout the country in various capacities with efforts geared toward standardization and operational design related to Case Management Department core functions.
In her role as a consultant, Marmmett developed and presented on a multitude of educational criteria with a strong focus on regulations, compliance, and case management practice. Marmmett has also created curriculum’s focused on change management, process improvement and team building across multiple disciplines.
