Strata Health’s SMART on FHIR App Embedded within Cerner’s EHR

Clinicians can now access Strata Health from within the Cerner EHR to optimize referral management and care coordination

(May 17, 2023) We are proud to announce that Strata Health’s SMART on FHIR app has been validated by Cerner’s code Developer Program and is now available for health system IT departments to download.  

This means that customers who use Cerner’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) can easily access and utilize Strata Health to streamline the referral process and enhance patient care coordination within their existing workflow. Our SMART on FHIR app enables case managers to create or update a patient record, prepare and package referrals, and monitor existing referrals all within the EHR environment.
