Strata Health is excited to announce we have been acquired by Toronto-based VitalHub. VitalHub is a leading software provider for Health and Human Services with a broad suite of tools designed to simplify the user experience and optimize outcomes. Strata Health’s patient transition platform is extremely complimentary to the existing VitalHub software suite and its international customer base.
