Q: What drew you to Strata Health?
A: Strata offered an exciting graduate opportunity to work on a product that impacts people’s lives. From initial interactions with the team, I knew I would fit in and feel comfortable in the friendly environment they created.
Q: How long have you been with the company?
A: 7 years 10 months
Q: What does your job entail?
A: Working in the implementations team, my time is mainly focused on workflow design, configuration of the application and deployment to our customers.
Q: What do you think sets you apart in your field?
A: I’m very focused when it comes to overcoming challenges and thinking of innovative solutions. I’m always willing to put in the extra effort to help my team.
Q: What challenges have you faced in your career?
A: Learning the endless list of acronyms used across the NHS!
Q: Tell us about a professional success story that you’re proud of.
A: I am proud of joining the Strata team as an inexperienced graduate with little knowledge of the healthcare sector to now being an established and reliable member of the team.
Q: What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
A: Being on time costs nothing but buys trust.
Q: How would your best friend describe you in three words?
A: Friendly, Selfless, Competitive
Q: Tell us a surprising or fun fact about you.
A: I am a Dad to 1 year old twin girls (hence the last song listened to!)
