Strata Health is excited to announce the expansion of our partnership with the Nova Scotia Health Authority and the Department of Health and Wellness. Since 2022, our system has helped manage more than 6500 long-term care vacancies province-wide, resulting in enhanced patient access and accelerating bed turnaround times.

Building on this success, as of March 2024, we are introducing a wait list optimization component. This dynamic feature ensures provincial policies are being supported by prioritizing placement for the most urgent patients, supporting the province’s commitment to meet the evolving needs of Nova Scotia’s growing and aging population.

We look forward to our continued collaboration with our Nova Scotia health partners as they spearhead initiatives to bolster the long-term care sector that improves care for all.
