Q: What drew you to Strata Health?
A: The feeling of making a difference in the healthcare field with our solutions, then the work-life balance culture & finally the people.
Q: How long have you been with the company?
A: 10 Years+
Q: What does your job entail?
A: Business Analysis / Tier2 Customer Support. Basically, my routine consists of troubleshooting and coming up with solutions for applications and integration issues. Secondly, I’m pairing with our Account Managers when clients require us to manage and implement projects. Lastly, I’m building reports for our clients to help them review data and monitor application performance and privacy breaches.

A: I’m patient, resilient and I’m always excited to design solutions to problems.

A: Mastering Emotional Intelligence and stop people pleasing.

A: All projects in which we were able to make an impact on our client’s work quality.
Q: What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
A: Without commitment you’ll never start, without consistency you’ll never finish.

A: Patient – Stubborn – Diligent

A: I studied Fashion Design during a small period of my life.
