We Research and Assess
Strata Health offers initial process review and design services, to help understand the current state and optimize the future state recommendation. Scoping Studies (as these activities are called) provide crucial insight into the challenges and realities of the clinical workflow. The study also highlights opportunities and risks; which form the basis of tailored benefits evaluation recommendations. While optional, Scoping Studies are encouraged and provide a great forum for familiarizing stakeholders with the impending change.
To maximize the benefits of an implementation, Strata Health can lead design activities with stakeholders, defining the minimum data set, matching criteria, and prioritization framework, etc. As with Scoping Studies, this is optional, but recommended.
Strata Health’s Implementation Specialists configure Strata PathWaysTM based on the agreed upon design, managing iterations and migrations through the various environments.
Wherever possible, Strata PathWaysTM consumes information from, or synchronizes information into other systems. Strata Health’s Data and Integration Team works with stakeholders to optimize interfaces – embedding, as deeply as possible, into their native systems, maximizing the alignment of processes and information, and minimizing data re-entry.
Strata Health’s Implementation Specialists train Super Users and help with on the ground support during go-live. Once live, relationships transition to the Support Desk for incidents and the Client Experience Team for operations.
We Help Sustain
Strata Health’s Data and Integration Team tailors Strata PathWaysTM to provide intelligent analytics and support towards continuous improvement efforts. Strata Health’s Client Experience Team participates in ongoing, post-go-live governance activities, helping to ensure ongoing engagement and collaboration towards the successful use of Strata PathWaysTM.
